Guided Fishing in Scotland for Atlantic Salmon
First, for over 15000 years the Atlantic Salmon has been a prized quarry. In fact the ultimate sporting challenge is fly fishing in Scotland for Salmon.
Spey Casting and fishing the fly for salmon in the Rivers Tweed, River Tay, River Spey and River Dee is on bucket list for most anglers. Alba Game Fishing can help you realise your dreams, and guide you on some of the best salmon fishing rivers in Scotland.
Fishing Tackle – A game changer?
Firstly, we pride ourselves on using the very best salmon fishing tackle. This will enhance you’re enjoyment of the day and improve your chances of catching.
Meanwhile, there’s no need to transport tackle or waders. We carry a huge stock of Orvis breathable stocking foot waders, in both mens and women’s sizes. We also stock Orvis wading boots, with Vibram soles and tungsten studs. This will give you a safe grip on the river bed.
Secondly, we are sponsored by Sage, Orvis, Vision and Redington. Therefore we stock rods for all occasions. For big rivers like the Tay and Ness we stock 14ft Sage X and Sage Sonic Spey rods.
Finally, for the smaller rivers like the Dee and Tweed we stock 12ft to 13ft Spey rods. You can enjoy trying the excellent Atlas series by Scott Mackenzie and the Sage 13ft X for an # 8 weight.
