This stunning house is available for exclusive use, with or without catering and can accommodate 18 guests in 9 beautiful, and completely individually designed bedrooms. The level of detail throughout the house is superb. Those with an eye for design and detail will enjoy the fine touches and thoughtfulness throughout. I would say from experience the beds in this property are the comfiest I have ever experienced. The house is warm, inviting, sumptuous and stylish. There’s a lovely relaxed feel in Dun Aluinn and guests can relax and unwind in privacy and a quiet location.

Dun Aluinn is the best accommodation for fishing in the River Tay and trout fishing in the hill lochs around Perthshire. It’s possible to see the River Tay from the upper bedrooms. As well as salmon and sea trout, there is excellent brown trout fishing in the upper River Tay and River Earn. The middle beats of the Tay are approx 30 mins drive from the house and our guides can collect you and transport you to your prefered fishing spot.
