Eolach Food fishing catering using wild and local Scottish produce for 2021
Eolach food are based near the Isle of Skye and create imaginative, healthy and delicious lunches fo our guests. These talented ladies with a love of food and Scottish produce will be producing a new range of lunches to serve on our fishing days throughout Scotland.

We first met Jenny and Verity when they ran the hugely successful Killiehuntly Farmhouse. Jenny was the host and Verity the talent in the kitchen. Together they were a fantastic team, and I was impressed the moment we met. Our guests who stayed at Killyhuntly during fishing trips always gave great feedback on the quality of food and service. Jenny and Verity produced. Killiehuntly Farmhouse is still a property we use, and a unique property for our guests, however, Jenny and Verity had a dream to set up their own business.
Based in a house overlooking the sea to Skye in a village called Glenelg, Eoach Food will be making creative, and delicious lunches in 2019 for our guests.
Passionate About Food – A love of Scottish Produce

They are passionate about creating delicious, nutritious and healthy food, often using wild foraged produce and certainly using local fish and game.
We have aimed to showcase a range of meals, that are warm, filling and easy to serve on the river bank or lochside. Often fishing huts are limited in size, so the hard work is done in the preparation. The meals are prepared and then vacuum packed and frozen from a controlled kitchen in Glenelg. We will reheat the portions using a professional thermally regulated water bath, which guarantees that food hygiene standards are met and importantly that dishes are prepared professionally to capture the taste. This work will be on site and compliment with fresh bread, herbs, salads, and delicious carefully paired wines.

All of our food is served on presentation plates by Richard Bramble. Tables are dressed with gingham tablecloths and napkins.
We have been delivering fishing lunches since 2004 and due to a rapidly growing business, the time had come to partner with a like-minded company who shared the same love, ethics, and passion for food.
The girls from Eolach Food will also be available for the larger corporate events, where much of the food will be prepared on site. To compliment a corporate fishing day we can include cooking demonstrations and food foraging.
